Coralie Perruche
Coralie holds a Doctorate in Oceanography from the IUEM institute in Brest, France. During her thesis, she worked on the coupling between physical and biogeochemical dynamics in the ocean at very fine scales (sub-mesoscale) and its impact on the competition between phytoplankton species. She has been with Mercator Ocean (www.mercator-ocean.fr) since 2010, working on the development and assessment of global physical-biogeochemical simulations with the PISCES model. These simulations are either reanalyses (multi-year products) or real-time systems that are disseminated on the Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service (http://marine.copernicus.eu/) web portal.
